Does any know how to write chemical formula in word. Like
CO2 or H2O, where 2 is not on the same line. And also oC
or oF (temprature).
your help would be grately appreciated

You can apply Subscript or Superscript formatting using Format | Font or
with these shortcuts:

Ctrl+= toggles subscript.

Ctrl++ toggles superscript.

Sanjay,

Type CO then us CTRL+SHIFT+"+" key to toggle font from normal to superscript
to type the 2. Use CTRL+SHIFT+"+" key again to toggle font back to normal.
If you use these often you can select the format result, press ALT+F3 and
crete an AutoText entry.

For the degree symbol, depress CTRL+SHIFT+@ release then press the spacebar.
