how to download Access 2003 on to windows me 2000

I have bought Access 2003 but I am unable to load it due to computer system
is Window 2000ME. is there a way to load it, or do I have to get a more
recent windows system. Trying to keep my cost down. Any suggestions welcome.

I'm pretty sure you have to upgrade your OS. I think this same question was
asked a couple of days ago and that was the response from one of the MVPs.

Yup, Access 2003 requires Windows 2000 or later.
