How to download my purchase Office 2008?

Version: 2008 Operating System: Mac OS X 10.6 (Snow Leopard) I had downloaded the Free Trial Office 2008 2 weeks ago; had finally purchased the Office 2008 (Mac Home/Student Edition). The problem starts from here .. I received a Order Confirmation with 3 sets of 25 digits numbers, which are all invalid Product Key. I am still running on my trial with balance 17 days, I have already started setting up most of my docs and I want to start on my purchase version. Pls help.

their vendors. Did the e-mail you receive contain a phone number, or any

It¹s unclear if you purchased the trial or purchased from another vendor.
Keys from a purchased version DO NOT WORK with the trial. For help with the
