how to download office 2003 student and teacher to my netbook?

I have the Microsoft office student and teacher edition 2003 and I really
want to download it to my new netbook. It has no CD drive so I need a link
online to download it and I have the product key. I have the 2007 version of
it, but it has no Outlook. So I want do download my 2003 Outlook.

No you don't want to "DOWNLOAD" - you want to INSTALL.
In addition to what VanguardLH said, you really need to think about how you
are going to re-install the OS when the time comes to do so. For that you
will really need an external DVD drive as I presume your Vendor gave you a
Recovery DVD.......they aren't expensive.
