How to draw diagrams easily

I love OneNote and use it for all my notes etc.
However, I am trying to easy way to draw sketched and diagrams but I hate
using the mouse to do this.
any suggestions for me?

SD,

OneNote doesn't do drawing well unless you have a Tablet PC.

Many people have requested over the months drawing tools in OneNote,
perhaps similar to those in Word. I, personally, wouldn't be surprised
if they appear in a future version of OneNote but Microsoft haven't
made any announcement about that or timing of any future versions of
OneNote.

In the meantime, unfortunately, there isn't a particularly effective
built-in option.
