How to draw use case diagrams using visio2003?

I am trying to draw a use case diagram using MSvisio2003 ,this article saying
that there is an option to select software diagrams from File menu but i
don;t see it on my visio

Use case diagrams are normally only available in Visio Professional,
there is an alternative though, please try out my Visio addon:
http://www.sdl.sandrila.co.uk/
which includes all UML diagrams as well as SDL, MSC (Message Sequence
Charts, TTCN and User Requirements Notation.
