How to drill-down into a stencil from a top view.

I need to drill down into a computer rack from an overhead diagram of a
computer room. I have created the detailed diagrams for each rack and also a
blueprint of the room to scale. I would like to select any rack from the
to-scale blueprint's overhead view and have it expand into the detailed rack
diagram.
