The mailing list for my document was created in Publisher's mail merge wizard
so that I could print my documents with addresses in-house. Now I want to
e-mail my document and mailing list to a professional printer. Attaching the
document to an e-mail is no problem. But when I attach the mailing list
(which is saved in Data Sources), it cannot be opened by the recipient. How
