How to easily navigate through NOTEBOOK tabs

I have a notebook created in Word that I use daily with templates, notes, demo info etc. It's great.

It's a nightmare though going through the tabs. I have to click the down arrow button (below all the tabs) to go to the next one and the tabs jump around so I have to move my cursor every time I click on the down arrow button. Is there an easy way to flip through tabs since you can only see a few tabs at a time? I've tried every arrow button etc....

A couple of options:

Navigate from tab to tab using Option+PageUp or Option+PageDown (if using a
laptop add in the fn key),

To specify a particular section use Command+G to bring up the Go To dialog,
select Section, then type in ± the number of sections forward or backward
you want to go (if in section 5 & you want to go to section 12 enter +7,
from 12 enter -4 to go back to section 8).
