how to edit/save a new logo to a personal information set in publi

How can you customise a master design set and then save it as your own. More
specificall re logos i) Can I edit/design a new logo, place it in a document
and then save the logo in my personal information set? ii) Can I maybe move
the logo to a different position from the original master design and then
save that as a master or template for future use?
