how to edit text in clip art graph

I grabed a copy of clip art (graph) from a document (PDF) that I needed to
edit the text that was included in the image. How do I go about doing so?

You can't. Well not easily, anyway: graphics don't contain text; they
contain *images* of text. If the text is separated from the other elements
of the graphic you could ---

1. Open the graphic in a graphic application, erase the existing text, and
add new.

or

2. In Word, superimpose a textbox containing the text you want.
