How to edit to-do list by two or more people simultaneously?

We are evaluating Project Web Access and found the following proble
that we can not solve.
We need to have possibility to make a kind off common to-do lists.
This would allow (for example) team from two or more people have share
list, where they all can add tasks.

Does anybody know how to reach this it PWA?

You can use a regular project for this taking advantage of the create a task
and assign myself to a task features in PWA. You can create such a thing
using a SharePoint team site as well.
