How to email a complete ftf form on a web site reunning with FPE?

How do I cause a completed FDF form to be emailse to the Send To:xxx address
in the properties of the SUBMIT button on the form? Web site is running on a
Microsoft based server with Front Page Extensions enabled

The FP SE will not send the form page
- You need a server side script (ASP, ASP.net or PHP depending on what your host supports)
