How to email a Word Document from a WebPage.

I and my clients have Office 2000, XP, or 2003. I have a document on an html
webpage that needs to be completed by the client and emailed to a specific
email address.

I would like to accomplish the following:
1) The client would click on a link on the webpage.
2) The link would open an email document.
3) The address and subject line would be filled out.
4) The document, which requires completion, would open inside the email
document.

I think that Frontpage and FrontpageServer extensions could do that.

But if I were you, I would write it in ASP with the CDO library.
