Hello,
I'm working with Access 2000. I've created a database that I want to post on
our company's intranet that will allow any managers to fill out personnel
change forms such as changing an employee's address, changing a pay rate,
hiring a new employee, etc. Then after they fill out the form there are
buttons at the bottom that will allow them to print out the form or email the
form as a rich text format to the appropriate people for processing. It all
seems to be working right. The problem is after having entered data to test
out the database, all the old data is still there and when I try to print a
new record Ijust created, it prints out all the information from all the
prior entries. So what I would like to know is how can I get the database to
empty out it's data contents after the application is closed so no one's data
is ever stored in the database?
