Thanks for your answer Jonathan, but it let me a little confused because
in
the Microsoft help there :
http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/sharepointserver/HA101544241033.aspx
There is a section called “Workflows that are included in Office
SharePoint
Server 2007†and here is an excerpt:
“An Office SharePoint Server 2007 site includes several workflows that
address common business scenarios:
Approval This workflow routes a document or item to a group of people
for
approval. By default, the Approval workflow is associated with the
Document
content type, and thus it is automatically available in document
libraries. A
version of the Approval workflow is also associated by default with the
Pages
library in a publishing site, and it can be used to manage the approval
process for the publication of Web pages.
Collect Feedback This workflow routes a document or item to a group of
people for feedback. Reviewers can provide feedback, which is then
compiled
and sent to the person who initiated the workflow. By default, the Collect
Feedback workflow is associated with the Document content type, and thus
it
is automatically available in document libraries.â€
So, from what they wrote, I really believed that these features where
available.

Three State workflow is the only document approval workflow available out
of
the box. Anything else will have to be developed using Visual Studio or
SharePoint Designer.
Here is a comparison between the two:

To get help with workflow design you would have better like posting to
[microsoft.public.project.developer] newsgroup.

Hi,
I am trying to create an approval workflow related to a document (into
a
document library). Unfortunately it seems that this kind of workflow is
not
available. Actually the Three State workflow is the only workflow
available.
How can I enable the other types of workflow like Approval or Collect
Feedback ?
