How to enable control-alt-del to unlock my computer?

I am no longer able to unlock my computer when it locks up by pressing
control-alt-del. I now get a meesage saying it was disabled in "Task
Manager". How do I re-enable it?

This isn't an Office issue; I'd suggest posting to a Windows newsgroup,
since the computer locking is part of the operating system functionality.

You'll want to include information about the version of Windows you are
running.
