How to enable htolinks links in Junk Mail folder messages?

HI:

I am using office 2007 and OutLook. I receive a lot of junk mail, but
occasionally I see something interesting. I find it annoying that I cannot
visit a link directly from a message in the junk e-mail folder and have to
move the file back to my inbox. How do I disable this enhancement? I
looked at the help and had no success. I do want to keep the phishing links
disabled.

You can't. Nothing in the Junk E-mail folder is active. You must move it
to another folder if you want the links to work.
