How to enable Macros in excel 2007

Hi,

Yesterday, in one of our deparments, we have installed Office 2007.
Users are using some files created in Excel 2003. These files uses some
macros created in that version it self. So, when they are trying to open
these files in Excel 2007, it is araising them Security message. Macros have
been disabled.
I tried to enable the macros for them by going in Macro settings and
selecting the 'Enable all macros radio button'. But, this is not working for
them. when they try to open the form again, it is just showing the Excel
console. It is not showing any thing else.
when I did see in the even viewer , it is giving me the following error with
EventID1000.

Faulting application excel.exe, version 12.0.4518.1014, stamp 45428263,
faulting module excel.exe, version 12.0.4518.1014, stamp 45428263, debug? 0,
fault address 0x00c46b99.

any help in this regard is greately appreciated.

If the workbook or its structure is password protected you are probably
running into this issue:
