How to enable OneNote addins?

The addins that I have installed for ON 2007 are not functioning. The
buttons are avalable on the standard toolbar, but are grayed out after I
click them.
The addin option is enabled (Options-Advanced). I have tried
reinstalling addins, repairing ON and searching internet for ideas. I
run TabletPC XP SP2 with Office 2007, without Outlook.
Addins in question are: Table of Contents, Search and Replace, Export
WebView, Sort Pages and Favorites - although the problem already existed
with the first two. I remember ToC functioning a long time ago when
first installed.

Thanks for any help.

Can you try the directions near the bottom of this page (yes, they are
cumbersome) and let me know if it helps? You can reply here or via my blog.

I had exactly the same problem with exactly those addins. First, check
whether those addins run in your administrative account. I think I
solved by running the installation routines in both the administrative
account and the user account. I don't remember whether the installation
failed for the user (not enough privileges), but it seemed to work.

Thanks for the suggestions. Before I go ahead and adapt the registry
update to the addins I am using, or try to find and copy them (from
where?) ..
I run only one account with administrative rights. So installation
would not take place under a different account. This is what the
registry editor reports. These are the malfunctioning addins:
