How to enable Proxy Authentication in MSOutlook

Hi,
I was trying to add hotmail account in my outlook.
But when i press send receive all, then outlook gives me error :-

“Task 'Hotmail: Folder:Inbox Downloading all items.' reported error
(0x800CCC37) : 'Your proxy requires you to authenticate. Contact your network
administrator for assistance.The server responded 'Proxy Authentication
Required ( The ISA Server requires authorization to fulfill the request.
Access to the Web Proxy service is denied. )'. “

I do have the user name and password for the proxy server, but it never asks
for username/password for the proxy server. Like IE does.
Can some one please help me.
