How to enable the Double-click on the fill handle function

Good day,
I just recently had my exel reloaded on my PC and I can't seem to get the
function of "Double-click on the fill handle" to work. I have tried
everything .. can somebody help!!

Have you got "allow cell drag and drop" enabled in Options?
