How to? Expiration Date Field

E

Eric Rosenthal

I'm merging a database of past customers to a word letter that makes a
discount offer.

I'd like to set up an expiration date field so that the offer stands for 30
days.

Is it possible to have this field look at the "date" field in the letter and
set an expiration date to always be correct at 30 days past the date of the
letter or simply the next month/same date?

Thanks for any help

Hi Eric,

It is going to be easier to use a query in the database to create a field
that has the expiry date in it.

Databases are far better for datamanipulation than word processors.

Please post any further questions or followup to the newsgroups for the

Hope this helps
