Access doesn't have a built in method to automatically output a report to a
PDF file via code.

You can manually do it by printing the file using any number of PDF printer
drivers such as the Adobe products, Win2PDF (www.daneprairie.com) pdfFactory
(www.fineprint.com) PDF995, cutePDF, etc. etc.

However if you want to automate the process via code so that you can easily
supply the file name etc., take a look at our PDF and Mail Library for
Access. You'll find it on our web site in the developer tools section.
