How to Export Excel worksheets to .txt documents

I am trying to export an Excel document as a .txt file
with pretermined field lengths and have been unsuccessful
to this point. I have two columns of data that are
dollars which need to remain right justified, but export
to .txt file as left justified. How can I export
pretermined characters lengths with predetermined
justification formatting to .txt?????
