How to export Mailing Address to Excel?

I am running Outlook 2002. It has several Address fields
per contact (i.e., Business, Home, etc.), one can be
check-marked as "This is the mailing address". How can I
export the one address that is check-marked as the
mailing address to excel? and not others.
