How to Extract Cell Data from All Files in a Directory?

Hello,

Does anyone know of a macro that will extract cell data from all the
files saved in a directory?

Here is a little more explanation:

I have a large number of budget spreadsheets. The actual excel file
template is the same for each month, but of course I can edit the
individual values. I save all of these budget sheets in the same
directory.

After I have saved all of my data on all of the budget spreadsheets, I
want to create a single spreadsheet that will extract and compile all
the data from the individual budget spreadsheets.

Is there a way to do this using macros?
