how to fill color in Ghant rows

please tell me if the property of filling color to Ghant rows is available or
not

You cannot change the background cell formatting color in Microsoft Project
2003 or any earlier version. You will be able to change the background cell
formatting color in Project 2007, however. You can change the color of a
Gantt bar in any version of Microsoft Project by double-clicking the Gantt
bar itself. Hope this helps.
