How to fill word(with its Xml) to infopath??

hi everyone.

I have an infopath´s form of CV, the case its that i have some of these Cv
in word format, so I need to fill the Info´s form. My word documents have its
Xml scheme on it. Both scheme coincide.I wanna know if there is any way too
fill the form automaticaly or near.
