How to filter a few thousand contacts

Hello, I have to filter an Excel Workheet with a few thousand records.
The problem is that not all records have all fields. Some datasets have
address1, address2, address3, email others have only address1, email. This
leads to a situation that phone, email etc are not in one column. I have a
comma separated file.

Does anybody know an "intelligent" approach to filter the data in a way that
all phone numbers are in one column. All phone datasets start with "phone" or
all emails obviously contain the "@" sign.

Hi,

Show us a sample line or two, including both extremes and show us what you
want. You are using the term filter, but this doesn't sound like a filter
problem.
