How to filter on custom properties?

Hello,

I have mapped business processes in Visio and I am trying to filter tasks
based on custom properties. For example I want to know all tasks assigned to
the resource "Rob". Is there an easy way to do it?

I have done it by exporting data to Excel and using the Excel Autofilter,
but it doesn't work when a custom property has several values (for example if
the resource property for a task contains Rob and Mike). And I don't want to
filter on "Rob", I am looking for a generic method that applies to any
property.

Not a solution for Visio but in excel you can create a custom filter and
select both Rob and Mike. When you autofilter, on the drop down choose custom
and then the options you want to filter for.
