I have Office 2003 SP2 - when I launch Outlook I click on Contacts and at the
very TOP of the screen there is a white box that says in it "Type a contact
to find" - so I type American to find "American Express" and nothing happens.
Just an FYI there is NO NAME on my American Express contact - just a
company name and phone number.
HOWEVER, if I type "Bell" (someon'e last name) it works.
Is there any way when I type in "Type a contact to find" that it looks for
companies as well as peoples name.
