Unless you are using a Windows 2003 server with Shadow enabled, you won't.
You have overwritten the original files, so it's gone. Windows server lets
you restore previous versions of a file. Right-click on the File in Explorer
and select Properties, Versions tab.
If you have Vista and have System Restore and Automatic Protection enabled
for the disk where you store your documents, then you can restore a document
from the previous Restore point using the same method as above.
