How to find each occurence of incompatibility?

I am using Excel 2007 to edit a .xls file. When I try so save, I get the message:

"Some cells or styles in this workbook contain formatting that is not supported by the selected file format. These formats will be converted to the closest format available. Number of occurrences: 7"

How can I find the 7 occurrences?

I do not want to save as .xlsx or use an older version of Excel. I want to find the 7 occurrenses.
