how to find emails older than 1 year in Entourage

Hi, this may be a simple question, but how can I view old emails in Entourage which are older than a year? Entourage only displays last month and last year, but I want to keep a record of (and search within) emails beyond that. Can anyone please advise me on how to do this? Thanks.

Simple!

Start an Advanced Search with Cmd-Option-F.

On the second popup, select Date Sent, then Greater Than and enter "365"
for days. Bingo.

Click the Save button to save your search so that it appears in the
sidebar, and name it "Older than 1 year" or something like that.

Your messages are all still there in your list. Anything not in 2008
will appear under the "Older" group heading at the bottom or top of your
list, depending on how you've sorted.

Are you still sure they are on the server? Entourage has no time limit on
how long to keep emails. To get around server limits many Entourage Exchange
users copy messages to the folders "On My Computer" so they will always have
access to those messages.

AutoArchive Exchange Account to "On My Computer"

Move all e-mail older than 60 days from your Exchange account folders to
archive folders within the "On My Computer" folder tree. (script can be
modified)

You're in luck because this script is broken in Leopard.
