How to find flags in Notebook layout view

I am starting to like Notebook layout view in Word 2004.

I especially like entering flags and/or Entourage tasks. Only
problem is that if I have collapsed the out line view, then if I want
to find the flags or Entourage tasks, I have to visually look for them
in the document. Is there a way to search for these?

Better yet is there a way to search for flags that are still balck
(without check marks) or tasks that are not completed. Having an
ability to do this would make this very powerful.

I wonder if there is an applescript out there that could do this?
