how to find out the custom field value of a particular resource

Hi,
How can I find out the value of the Custom field for a
particular Resources.All the custom field text values are
stored in MSP_TEXT_FIELDS.From this table I am able to
find out the custom field value of Projects.Since
MSP_TEXT_FIELDS contains proj_id I can join this table
with MSP_PROJECTS and MSP_CONVERSIONS.

But in the case of Resources MSP_TEXT_FIELDS doesn't
contain any resource id.Can anybody tell How to find out
the custom field value of a particular resource(ie;Which
tables I can use ??).
