How to find size of Outlook groups?

I want to find a way to determine the number of entries
in a particular OUtlook group. The only way I've figured
out is to export all the adresses, open them in Excel and
count the number of lines. Surely there must be an easier
way?

Actually I meant a distribution list. They are translated
as "groups" in Swedish, hence the misnomer.

Outlook Group? Outlook does not use groups.
If you mean a Contacts Folder, look in the Status bar.

I see. Then Outlook will not display or report that number natively. Sue has
posted a method for extracting it programmatically.
