Hello, everyone:
We have a MSP2003 test environment set up by a guy who already left the
company. I currently have admin account in SQL DB and admin account in
MSP2003 app server, however, the web access doesn't allow me to get in, could
you guys tell me how to find or initiate a new account and give it proper
permission so that at least I can log in by web access.

Best regards,
MyST

MyST --

In the future, please post your Project Server questions to the
microsoft.public.project.server newsgroup, as this newsgroup is dedicated to
the Microsoft Project desktop application only. To answer your question,
you will need to use the built-in Administrator account that ships with
Project Server 2003, and you will need to get a SQL Server DBA to assist you
with clearing the password for this account. Refer to the following FAQ:

http://www.projectserverexperts.com/ProjectServerFAQKnowledgeBase/forgotadminpassword.aspx

Hope this helps.
