how to find the field name in ms project 2003 sdk

Hi,
we are developing an add-in for project 2003. I want to display the
field name, but can not find how to get it with sdk.
For example, ActualCost is displayed in english version of project
2003 as "actual cost", but in german version as "Aktuelle Kosten". How
to get the displayname of the field with the sdk?
