how to find the textbox in visio

I can´t find the textbox in Visio

Use the Drawing toolbar (enable it from View -> Toolbars if it isn't
visble) and use the box drawing tool. Then double click or use the
Text tool to add text to the box.

There is no option for the Drawing Tool Bar, but I did find how to add a text
box thru Customize Tool Bars. Thank you so much for the help.
