How to fix Activesync Support Code:85010014

Looking for help in solving ActiveSync error code: 85010014
Have XDA Mini running Win Mob 5.0
Acer 8220 running XP Pro
MS Office 2003 Pro
Activeync 4.1

Have tried all the hints, fixes and advice given on MS webpage

Will not sync Contacts or Calender, returns error code 85010014

I've just come off the phone with Microsoft after admitting defeat at the
hands of the dreaded 0x85010014 error message.

The problem, in my case, was with the ever so helpful Mobile Admin tool that
you can download from Microsoft to help adminstrate mobile devices. In fact,
as far as I can see, all it allows you to do is wipe remote devices.

If you have this installed on your exchange server trying stopping the
Mobile Admin website by right clicking and then select stop.
