How to fix ending e-mails 2x in Word?

I reply to a lot of craigslist.com posts. Word comes up as the e-mail
program, I send the e-mail, and in my sent e-mails folder the sent e-mail
appears 2x. I tried sending something to myself, and received two copies of
the same e-mail, which I had only sent to myself once. How can I fix this
problem?

Have you tried running detect and repair from the help menu in Outlook?
Also...this would appear to be an issue with Outlook, and not Word, since
Outlook handles all of these actions. :)
