how to fix rules after update from 2000 to 2003

Hi, my rules worked great until I upgraded from outlook 2000 to 2003. I set
them to auto disperse the incoming mail but the auto turnes off by it self
and I always have to run the manual rules which then seperates the e-mails in
the correct place. How do I keep auto on?
