how to fix slow context menu in Outlook 2007 ?

Anybody knows how to fix this ?
In previewed message body I click mouse button to bring up context menu. The
menu shows up but as mouse pointer hovers over menu items, menu items are not
being immediately highlighted, it takes ~20 seconds until menu items gets
highlighted under mouse pointer. CPU usage goes to 60% when mouse hovers over
menu context items.
