So I renamed it to setup.exe.office12 so I'd have it if I ever needed to go back and re-do/update my Office installation. Doing this renamed stopped the "Wait to...." dialogs from appearing. Now my Office 2007 apps start right up - except for Excel which shows the dreaded "stdole32.tlb" message. If anyone knows how to fix this I'd love to hear the solution. [/QUOTE]
