How to force an html format for replying to text messages

Is there any way to always force html to be the default reply? I get a ton of mail and having to click on the html format, and then click on the signature to force an html reply is infuriating. Can it be set as a default, and how?

No, but it might with some VBA. Also note that the sender might be sending
to you in Plain Text for a reason. Replying in HTML might not be a nice
thing to do then.
