how to format comment text

Is there a way to format the text of comments? I have the 'add
comments' form on a page, and the comments are publicly viewable on
another page. I want the comment font to match the font on the page.

Any assistance is greatly appreciated

yes. I figured out how to get the text formatted, but I'd like to get
rid of the header "comments" that shows up on each one - any ideas?
