How to format the Full Name Field?

I must reformat the "Full Name" field in Contacts to <<first name>> <<last
name>>, but I cannot locate any instructions in the Help Screens. I don't
recall performing any format instructions during setup. Does anyone know how
to format the "Full Name" field to be <<first name>> <<last name>> so may
business cards, etc. are displayed correctly?

tools, options, contact options... set the full name order using the top
option. I don't think you can change it for existing contacts, only new
ones, except using VBA.
