How to forward email with pics without them becoming attachments

I receive emails with imbedded files and pictures located within the text
files. On occasion, if I attempt to forward these files, they are placed at
the bottom as attachments and no longer reside within the text messages. Is
there a certain way to forward these to prevent them from becoming file
attachments versus remaining within the text files?
